Tandem Dots runs on GHL. If you're coming in with zero tech experience, plan on spending time getting familiar with the platform before it feels natural. The drag-and-drop builders keep things approachable, and Tandem Learning, our on-demand video library in your user menu, walks you through setup and how to actually use the platform. Tech support is there too, but for when something goes wrong or you’re stuck with something specific, not for platform walkthroughs.

Something we see often is business owners who aren't tech-inclined tend to have someone else in the mix, a VA or ops person who handles the platform side while they focus on the business. That doesn't rule you out if you don't have that support. It just means going in with the right expectations.

You can access the platform through your mobile web browser but like any builder platform, we strongly suggest using the desktop version over the mobile version.

Right now, your main resource is Tandem Learning, our on-demand video library that walks you through getting started.

We're putting together Done For You services, but they're not live yet. We're aiming for a late 2026 rollout, though we don't have an exact date locked in. Once it's live, we'll let you know.

If you're moving from another GHL based platform, we can give you a code to pass along to your current provider. You'd ask them to transfer your account over to Tandem Dots directly. Worth noting, you'll need to check with your current provider on their own terms and conditions first, since the transfer is ultimately down to them.

We don't currently offer help rebuilding your systems from scratch in Tandem Dots. That's part of the Done For You services rolling out later this year, once that's live.

Like any online platform, we may experience technical issues. We work quickly to restore service and communicate any planned downtime in advance. We use High Level (GHL) software and more about this topic can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

You can cancel a plan at any time, and your services will cease on your next billing date. Payments already made for plans are non-refundable.

Yes, though each business should have its own account for optimal results and  organisation. The Founders plan provides you with up to 2 business accounts.

Additional sub-accounts are strictly for the use of the original account user and their own businesses. Use by another business that doesn’t belong to the original user is prohibited.
